ZD500 Plus SE auto-feeding label machine
A 1,000-sheet stack feeds itself through a dual-head carriage with a cabinet underneath. Adsorption feeding holds the sheet flat, and the HD camera re-registers every sheet before the contour is cut.

What it takes, what it does not
Cuts
- Runs to 1,000 sheets a pass, adsorption-fed, without splitting the stack.
- Two heads: crease + cut, or kiss cut + die cut, in a single pass.
- Paper to 1 mm / 400 gsm at 2,000 g of force.
Does not — and where that job goes
- It stands on the floor at 790 × 855 mm — this is not a bench machine.
- Past 350 mm cutting width the ZD680 Plus SE takes 600 mm.
