ZD350 series CCD label cutting system
One 350 mm platform in three builds: a VCM single-head, a digital-servo dual-head and the PLUS-EX at 1,800 mm/s. All three feed a stack automatically, read the print with a CCD camera and cut or crease in one pass.

What it takes, what it does not
Cuts
- Self-adhesive label and printed graphics, cut or creased, to 350 mm cutting width on 360 mm media.
- A 150-sheet stack fed automatically, with the CCD camera re-registering each sheet against the print.
- Stock to 400 gsm at up to 2,000 g, held to ±0.1 mm.
Does not — and where that job goes
- Wider work moves to the ZD680 Plus SE at 600 mm cutting width.
- Runs past 150 sheets a pass need the ZD500 Plus SE (1,000) or the ZD680 (1,200) feeder.
- The Ultra build lists WiFi as an option and drops the LAN port — check the interface before ordering.
