The terms this site runs on
Pages describe the equipment; they do not replace a quotation. These are the terms for using the site and for the machines supplied through it.

Using this site
The site is operated by Shenzhen Purcell Haina Technology Co., Ltd, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. Reading it, downloading a manual or sending an enquiry means you accept these terms. If you do not, stop using the site.
Specifications and figures
Speeds, widths and material ranges come from factory documentation for the model described. They are honest figures for the machine, not a promise about a particular job: the material, the blade and how the file is prepared all move the output. Where a figure depends on the media, the page says so. We may change a specification without notice — ask for the current sheet before ordering if the number matters to you.
Quotations and orders
Nothing on this site is an offer. A quotation is written for a stated configuration and has a validity date on it. An order exists once we confirm it in writing, and the confirmed configuration, price, delivery term and payment terms are what the two sides are bound by. Where a quotation and a page disagree, the quotation wins.
Site conditions and installation
The buyer is responsible for the site: floor space, power, compressed air where the line needs it, extraction and access for the crate. Tell us before shipping if the machine has to go through a doorway, a lift or a stair. Work caused by site conditions discovered on arrival is charged separately and is not a defect.
Software
The cutting software supplied with a machine is licensed for use with that machine and the computers that drive it, for as long as you own it. It may not be resold, sublicensed or bundled into another product. Profiles and contour workflows are kept current for the models we ship; we do not warrant that a profile will suit media we have never tested.
Artwork, tooling and cut files
You keep ownership of the artwork, cut files and tooling shapes you send. You confirm you have the right to use them and that producing them does not infringe someone else's rights. We keep them only to run the job and to repeat it if you order again.
Warranty
Machines carry a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, counted from delivery unless the order confirmation states otherwise. Service does not stop when it ends. A claim needs the order reference and, where possible, a photograph or a short video of the fault — most are resolved without a visit.
Wear parts and consumables
Blades, cutting strips, mats and similar parts that wear with use are consumables and sit outside the warranty. They are priced separately and kept in stock for the models we ship. Damage from the wrong blade, the wrong depth setting, or cutting material outside the stated range is not a defect either.
Returns and transit damage
Machines are built to a confirmed configuration, so a change of mind after the line has been configured is handled case by case rather than as a right of return. Inspect the shipment before the packaging is broken down: report visible transit damage to the carrier and to us within seven days of delivery, with photographs, and leave the packaging as it arrived until we have answered.
Training and commissioning
Every machine ships with its blade set, the cutting profile for the media discussed and the manual. Training is remote by default and included; on-site commissioning and training are quoted per project, since they depend on where you are and how many people need to learn the line.
Liability
We are liable for direct loss caused by our own breach, up to the value of the order that loss arose from. We are not liable for lost profit, lost production, loss of orders or any other indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms and any order placed under them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the courts of Shenzhen have jurisdiction. If a term is found unenforceable, the rest of it still stands.
