What this site does with your details

One form, one purpose. This page lists exactly what the enquiry form sends, who touches it on the way to a sales desk in Shenzhen, and how to have it deleted.

01

What the form sends

Your name, company, email address, country and region, the equipment line you select from the list, and whatever you write in the message box — typically the media, the cut width and the throughput. Only name, email and the message are required; a phone number is used only if you put one in the message.

The server also logs what any web server logs: IP address, browser, and the page that referred you. Those logs are for security and are not used to build a profile.

02

Why we hold it

To answer the enquiry and, if it becomes an order, to configure, ship and support the machine. That is the whole list. No newsletter, no resale of your details, no audience built from it.

03

Who handles it

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-relay service, to our sales mailbox; the site itself is served from a hosting provider. Both are processors acting on our instructions and are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes. Inside our own team, only the people who answer enquiries and process orders see it.

04

Cookies and analytics

No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics, no tracking pixel, no session recording. Fonts, styles and scripts are served from this domain rather than from a font host or a CDN, so opening a page does not report your visit to anyone else. The hosting provider may set one short-lived security cookie to tell a browser from a bot; it is not shared and says nothing about what you read.

05

How long it stays

An enquiry stays while the conversation is open, and while an order that came out of it is inside its warranty year — a service claim is hard to answer once the original message is gone. After that only what tax and accounting rules tie to the invoice. Ask at any point and we delete the enquiry itself.

06

What you can ask for

Write to marketing@purcellcutting.com and say which of these you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We answer within 30 days, in English. If you are in the EU or UK and think we got it wrong, you may complain to your national data protection authority — we would rather you told us first.

07

Where it is processed

The form relay and the mail provider sit outside mainland China. The desk that reads your message and quotes the machine is in Shenzhen, so sending the form means the message travels to those services in order that someone here can reply to it.
